We had quite a full day. In the morning, we worked on our Spelling words that focused on contractions such as: I'm, arn't, isn't. After break, we had H.A.C.E. where we reviewed what we learned about drugs last week. Luke was able to share some interesting and relevant information about the drug Meth for the class. We then choose a topic for a skit and performed them for the class, demonstrating how we would avoid drugs.
After lunch, we focused on informal and formal writing. Finally, the last part of our day was spent making out First Nations artifacts. We all worked very hard and were focused on our work.
