Today students got to research some of their favourite Canadian dishes we tried at Maple House. We broke into groups of three and with the help of the Mac books, began making a slideshow to present our information about one Canadian dish. The different dishes were poutine, smores, beaver tails, and Nanaimo bars. Students had to use their technology skills to create a presentation that showed the class the recipe including the ingredients, steps to make, short history and pictures. We will be presenting our work on Monday to our Reading Buddies.
We then ended our day with Mr. and Mrs. Wright at the Han River Park playing soccer drills made by Mr. Ashton. It was hard for us to say good-bye to Mr. and Mrs. Wright :( We hope they visit South Korea again soon.
